They tended to default to using 50% of memory, so I got work suspended with "waiting for memory". I have the memory setting at 95% when working and 100% when not. Never had a "waiting for memory" since. These are Windows XP service pak 2 and the status is "Suspended - CPU Benchmarks". I see that when I open advanced view but if I wait a min. or two the task begins to run otherwise it will hang like that indefinately.

I always left that box checked because I thought BOINC would not run if I didn't but I guess it'll run anyway. I wonder if there is a way to change this setting now. There should be. Also does someone know how to keep the BOINC icon from appearing in the notification area? I've tried the ususal right click on the task bar and customize to always hide BOINC but it comes back any way.

First how do I hide the computers on my profile. I noticed a number of people have done this. And second, I've tried to subscrible to BOINC stats but never get an email back giving me a password or whatever I need to sign up. Thanks in advance for the help.
