A small error:

Model 11 of this workunit 'FRA_s015_STRUCTURAL_GENOMICS_hom001_4_s015_4_1no5A_IGNORE_THE_REST_75_1472_10_0' has all the structures halfly out of the three frames. The structure centers in the top-right corner rather than the normal center.

I have been thinking of detaching SETI to have more resource here. But, will those credits lose?

Some of you might have heard of the reduced connection due to the Taiwan Earthquake. I am a new Asian user and I just checked that the system 'sent' me 29 tasks which I didn't receive (no record in my machine). I have been wondering whether there is a way to re-receive it.

Hi pfkcmk. Welcome to Rosetta.

If there is a set of 4 characters in the task name such as some I have now "2snm" you can go to a protein data bank and type it into the search box. I use the RCSB Protein Data Bank. It doesn't always work but if you have a number and 3 letters it's usually in the data bank.

Bill

Thanks for the welcome. And thanks for the replies.

The problem is that the task name is not composed of 4 characters:

These make me wonder what each string stands for.

I have been wondering whether it is possible to read the name of the protein from the task name. Does anyone know?
