Nobody's got anything? Even some top level basic description of the code and/or architecture?

I am a computer programmer and was wondering if there was any information on how the proteins and other stuff that Rosetta does is modeled and stored when running. Just some top level stuff like how a particular protein might look like from an object model level, how the accepted and discarded iterations are kept track of, how the randomize movements work, etc. Just curious how some something so complex is broken down.

Thanks,
The Dan
