No, cause otherwise when trying to recover the password, I would get the message : "There is no user with email address [address]. Try reentering your email address." And I also tried to create an account, but it says that the email address is already used. Thanks again for helping me, I really appreciate it !

I just tried (I do not have moderator privileges on Ralph) and received the EMail just fine. Well for me, it works in every other projects website, but not RALPH@Home, although it recognizes my mail address and say that the message has been sent. Also, the webpage for requesting the EMail also lists a second method using the authentication string from your machine. Have you tried that approach? I can't, because I actually don't have any host that have been previously attached to this project. I might also suggest checking your junkmail/spam folder. I checked the spam and found nothing, I also added the RALPH@Home mail address to the white list, still no success...
