I know Rosetta does good, and it's worthwhile to crunch this project. But seeing your posts and the lack of any response from the project folks really does make me question taking part in this project for much longer. I suppose you are feeling the same. There are several computers in my home, using my own electricity, most of them crunching Rosetta 24/7 because I feel it is a worthwhile cause. I'm not sure how much money it has cost me, but I am really wondering if I should continue to 'donate' here. Do they read this, do they care? Would it make much of a difference if I took my 80+ cores elsehwere? Over the last months I mangaed to get into the top 1% and top 100 of average credit users, felt well chuffed with myself. It took me time, effort and money to do this. But for what?

It is deferring on a 24 hour timer. Anyone else seeing issues this evening? (or morning/afternoon/night, depends where you're sitting I suppose ;-)

When mine run out of work, they show "Communication deferred" on a 24 hour countdown. Often the project starts giving out WUs before those 24 hours are up. If you force your client to update, it will immediately see, download, and begin crunching the newly available WUs.

I wonder if they both did get work over the last day or so, the fast one has munched thru it already and now there's again nothing new?
