I see "While BOINC running, % of time host has an Internet connection -100 %?", but I'm connected to the Internet all the time... Am I doing someting wrong? Maybe I have to set something?

(I use boinc-4.72.20050813-r3 form gentoo linux on amd64)

You mean in the host details? Thats a bug, don't worry about it.

Boinc defered my connection for 24 hours... if 24hours pass it will do it again...

Sounds like there is something broken, you should try BOINC 5.2.
