Problem with merging same computer, different OS

But I have one machine, that doesn't like to merge. Her name is Daddygeek6. So far she is on my computer list four times, two of which are the same OS(enterprise 2003). And I know I have one more software change coming up, as soon as I replace the SCSI raid controller(which does not like Linux at all).
