This is the part of the BOINC log:

My FreeBSD is standart 6.0-RELEASE system from official CD, BOINC is installed from pre-built package.

Why FreeBSD 6.0 is'nt added to the list of the known platforms?

Rosetta does currently not support *BSD.
https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/apps.php

Maybe you could try the linux application with the anonymous plattform support.
