My screen saver kicked in and I noticed:

A) The RMSD was huge (16)
B) The way the protein was moving, it was clear the 'red' section and the 'blue' section were blocking each other.

Hopefully this is the type of thing you were looking for from the graphics :)

I don't have a method to post the screenshot, email me at eko@u and I'll forward it if needed.

I have a dual proc, so I couldn't tell which WU it was. Both were around 70% finished:

The work unit name should be listed ...

Ah! Only on the boarder of the graphics window!

A BUG!!!!

We need to add the work unit name to the descriptive text in the bottom for this very reason ...

Sometimes I would like to be able to save the "Low Energy" window and sendt it(perhaps as a data-set)back to the Rosetta-server.

Then some of the interesting or funny looking foldings could be collected in a gallery.

If there is a limit of 3 Foldings per user per day, you can stop the gallery server from being misused.

Foldings could be saved for 1 month or up to a space limit.

Mabye some could be marked important and stay for longer, if they are refered to in the forum.

If the gallery server send back an e-mail to the user telling the number of the saved folding, you can then refer to it in later discussions in the forum.

Just an idea for the graphics in v. 4.82 or later.
