Sid, if this sort of distortion of time is common to all projects, the BOINC boards would be the best place to ask. I think the lack of a reply just indicates the R@h developers are likely uncertain, as their code is not performing the time recording, and that other R@h users are uncertain as well. It may be specific to the hardware? Just looking at a WCG task and it does seem to be happening there as well. It's weird that a Samsung S8 performs so differently to my old S6.
