Hi Oscar,

BOINC will report the uploaded WUs automatically. But it waits for the next download from Rosetta to do this (this is to take some stress from the servers). But even if there is no download neccessary before the deadline of the WU it will send the report in time.

BOINC will automatically report work, you just have to wait for it.
