I'm new and set up Rosetta and GRC Wallet with difficulty. I claimed some free coins to start mining. They didn't register in the wallet but once I saw the green logo and arrow syncing but that disappeared later.
Is there a limit to number of times for claiming free GRCs? Does the wallet refresh(clear)itself every day.
Why is there a zero balance indicated even after 24 hours although my RAC is 66?
How do I find out the results of what I am doing?
What do the coloured squiggles and info on the BOINC screen saver mean!
~Thanks for advice.

I can't help you with GRC. But as for the Rosetta screen saver, here is a page with details.

Thanks for reply.
I guessed the screen saver was something to do with molecules.
The wallet has corrected itself but seems to be a day or two behind. Sometimes the RAC total goes down as well as up which is confusing.

I have no idea what GRC Wallet is - maybe you need to go to their website to ask about that. Seeing as you've only just started, your RAC ought to build up progressively the more tasks you complete over a month. At the very start it can be a bit flakey.

RAC is not a total that always goes up. RAC is the recent average. I believe "recent" is the last 14 days of work. So it will vary as the mix of work between projects varies or happens to hit the day boundary differently.

I see the credits given on the Rosetta site are different from the RACredit in the Wallet. I need a RAC over 100 to get on to the system proper for mining. My RAC has been 122+ for two days but it still doesn't recognise my CPID in order to advertise a beacon on the Neural Network. Guess I shall just have to wait and see. Have a lot to learn!

My RAC is now 166 but my CPID is still not not listed on the network. Why not?
