I'm kinda new here so I hope this isn't such a dumb question. On some WU's in the Rosetta@home screensaver the right most graphs are sometimes missing. Namely the RMSD and the plot in the lower right corner. Is this normal or do I have a graphics problem.

RSMD is a comparison of the current model you are working on with the known conformation of the protein... when the protein's conformation is unknown, this comparison cannot be made and so the panes are not displayed.
