Recently I've found some of my hosts well into what looks like a 24-hour back-off period (project status is "Deferred for: HH:MM:SS"). I don't see any messages in the BOINC manager indicating that I've exceeded some quota, that the host is returning too many errors, or anything like that. When I update the project, the host gets tasks and things continue right along as if there was no issue.

Has anybody else seen this?
