I would like to ask you the following: Is it possible that you continue the pdb code of the list of active workunits which we crunching at the time ?

I think thats were very helpful to know for us.

thx
Monty

P.S.: Sorry, for writing the wrong username. As i started with Rosetta, my username was "Monty". Later, in other projects, i changed it in "tigerfeet".

Hi Monty,

I think the reason you are seeing less and less pdb code is because the type of jobs run these days are changing. The direction has been shifting from repurposing existing proteins for new function (in which case the pdb code is shown, cus we wanna test if we screwed the protein up) to designing completely new proteins from scratch (in which case the different parameters are shown, such as "4L5H2E" meaning 4 loops, 5 helices, two sheets).

Thank you krypton for this interesting information (to me). I think that I now understand the works a bit better.

regards
Monty
