I have this WU running that starts with "Tc680" and uses less than 50MB of RAM (most of rosetta's WUs take at least 200MB and more)... and the graphics show two little white strings rotating. Is this normal?

Edit: it's using 24MB of RAM... and the grpahics don't show any protein whatsoever.

I happend to have one running, using over 200MB of memory. But yes, it seems to be having problems centering the image in the frame. You can right click and drag up to reduce the scale of the image to improve the odds of it appearing somewhere within the scope of the frame.
