I had to abort a bunch of WUs that just sat idle (I noticed because I warm my hands using my laptop's fan exhaust, w/o rosetta, my hands get colder than normal), they'd start, load up into RAM and that's it, I'd get 99% CPU usage from System Idle Process. I'm not sure if this is a known problem or not, but I'm just putting it on the table.

4 GB RAM (This is NOT due to memory shortage, my settings are at 90% RAM usage).

What was the status shown on the tasks? Were they "active"? or something else?

Once you aborted those, are others running normally for you?

"Running".

Yes, it's working fine now.

I'm also having BOINC/Rosetta not doing anything, even though it seems like there are pending tasks. No minirosetta process is running.. I've uploaded some output to http://pastebin.com/2jhywmZG. This has already happened once recently and I ran "boinccmd --project https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/ reset" to fix it, but some workunits were then abandoned..

I'm still getting this problem so my computer isn't doing any work for rosetta until I manually reset the boinc project and get new workunits. Looks like rosetta is having a crash - http://pastebin.com/crrZ5Z4B.
