The Human Proteome Folding project is hosted on World Community Grid and makes use of the Rosetta software to predict the stuctures of proteins used in the human body. The link below is an article and video at WCG that describes how the process of protein prediction works.

It is my understanding that the Rosetta@home and Human Proteome Folding projects are closely linked. The work done here at Rosetta@home improves the Rosetta software used in the HPF project and lessons learned at HPF feedback to the Rosetta team to help with future improvements.
