I can't get my account key

I made an account, and i should get it by e-mail - but i didn't. I can't get it by e-mail - i tried to get it several times, but it failed. I thought that someone from rosetta@home operators could send it to me by email, but not as an automatic message. I had the same problem with uFluids, and they proposed such solution.
