Ive been getting quite a few of these lately, and each has a high model count. Im curious to know what you guys are looking at with these workunits. Could someone explain? Thanks.

Hello,

These are protein-interface design runs, so they have the same objective as in thread:
https://boinc.bakerlab.org/forum_thread.php?id=4477

The difference between these runs and the previous *gbn* runs is the use of a different protocol, in effect, a different algorithm that tries to get at the same problem from a different angle. In general, I use the free-text description field, rather than the name to give a clearer description of the objective of the run, so you can see that these are all 'design of an inhibitor of hemagglutinin'.

Best, Sarel.
