CPU getting too hot

Opened my PC and discovered a dustbomb. Filthy boy :( I bet you've seen an improvement since cleaning it out, right? :-) Them nasty dust bunnies just love it inside our systems. What's up with that? The simplest way if you are not using the computer for other high CPU tasks is to reduce the CPU speed until the temp gets below your target.
