After a batch of results is completed, you can see graphs of how yours compared to everyone else's for that same protein. You do this from the link on the homepage labelled "Results" under the Returning Participants section at the left. Also in that group of links there is one called "How to view your structure predictions". Now this one is much trickier. But if you catch a task that has completed, but not yet sent back it's results file, AND you get one of the molecular viewers mentioned, you can see each of the 3D model your machine produced. This is tricky enough, most people won't bother. But you can improve your odds of catching a file before it is sent back by suspending network connections for a few hours while some tasks complete. The simplest way to view what your machine is working on is to go to the advanced view, click the tasks tab, select the task that is running, and click the button to "show graphics". You can enlarge, rotate and display in different viewing styles right from there. But there's a quirk where it's best to do so with that window at full screen. Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |
