I've gotten no new work for Rosetta for over a month now. I understand there is an algorithm in place to insure other projects (Einstein, Seti in my case) get enough time to finish by their report deadlines. But surely this can't be right - nothing for a *month*!

I have tried variations of resetting the project and changing the proportions for the projects to no avail. What can I do to kick start Rosetta?

When the message refers to "platforms", it is referring to Windows/Mac/Linux platforms. There is no work for Mac, specifically PowerPC Mac; but there is work for Windows and Linux.

Mac work will only be available intermittantly.

Thanks, much. That clears it up.

I guess I'll just put up with no Rosetta work until some comes along. It does surprise me that there would be a platform filter on work. Presumably that really means that recent work requires some subtasks that have not been built into the latest PowerPC version of the Rosetta application.
