several of my crunchers will auto restart after power fail , but several come up to the login , and wait . For the life of me I can't remember how to get a auto login /start , any help folks? |

User account will not auto-sign in as you would like if they have a password. If you remove the account passwords then it will autologin on startup. |

On an XP or Vista machine go to start run and then type "control userpasswords2" no quotes of course. Then you will see the box where you can control whether the machine ask for the login password when it starts up. On a Windows7 machine you have to do a "Windows key and R" combo to bring up the Run box but then the rest is the same. In order for this to work each user must have a password associated with their account. |
