Old Credits (Prime & SETI)

NO those old credits cannot be combined into Boinc, there was no Boinc back then and the powers that be decided to start fresh. WAAAAAY too much cheating going on back then and no way to ferret it all out. Adding the numbers for those that cheated to Boinc would validate their cheating and bring it forward to today.
