I'm running 1di2__abrelax_rand_len10_jit02_omega_sim_graphics_00638_0 using rosetta_graphics_beta version 479, 90% far now. When I look at the graphics screen it contains 2 question marks: - 1 in the zone where the 'Native' structure should be drawn. Instead of the structure it shows a question mark. - Another where it says 'Accepted RMSD'. Instead of a number if also shows a question mark. I have made a screenshot. If you want I can e-mail it to you, Rosetta team. BOINC.BE: For Belgians who love the smell of glowing red cpu's in the morning Tutta55's Lair |

It was said in another thread that there had been some problems while creating these gfx WUs and that thus these fields remained empty. But the WU itself is good and computes fine, too. Just those two "?" are not normal. So, no need to worry about them :-) |

When I look at the graphics screen it contains 2 question marks Perhaps the native structure is not known yet? *** Join BOINC@Australia today *** |

David Baker reveals in another Graphics Thread that the native file was not properly read. The "?" are the proper behavior of the graphics code if it doesn't have a native structure. |
