What do you do with the results from the optimization runs that we send back to you?

Actually there is a lot to be investigated from those results. To name a couple of examples, some results will let us find out problems in our energy force field and its improvement will help us to make better models. Some optimization runs will create native-like structure models that are to be experimentally characterized later on. There are many great articles around in this forum describing aims of each individual project and it is impossible to finish them if without generous contribution from users all over the world.
