One of my servers popped up with
http://srv1.bakerlab.org/rosetta/download/rosetta_beta_5.98_windows_intelx86.exe as probably a variant of the win32/statik application i terminated the thread but it might be an idea to have a look.

Have you updated your virus definitions? This was a known problem several months ago, but noone has brought it up since, so I presume they have corrected their virus definitions.

Mine just popped up with that too, using Nod32 - Virus definitions are from today (10/21/08)

10/21/2008 12:35:05 PM HTTP filter file http://srv3.bakerlab.org/rosetta/download/rosetta_beta_5.98_windows_intelx86.exe probably a variant of Win32/Statik application connection terminated - quarantined Threat was detected upon access to web by the application: C:Program FilesBOINCboinc.exe.
