From the main page, click 'Results' under "Returning Participants" on the left. . you can see how you did compared to the field for each protein. Good stuff! |

now ethan, i'm going to have to disagree with you on that one. all i have is a sea of red herrings swimming together, no little blue me. is there a way to cut back on the number of "all users" reporting so a blue mark could be seen? |

Vavega. Perhaps you didn't have many results for those proteins, because when you do they stand out clearly |

im guessing the reason we are not seeing results on our graphs vavega is thae fact that both of us are part of the people coming from FaD and we havent even been working a month on this project yet. Nasher |

MDR you're right! i though all my blue was hidden under the red, now i find out i have no blue....on any of them. i guess i'll have to crunch a little harder. it's good to see you here, i remember your name from UD! i'm hoping they won't hold Fad against us! |

From the main page, click 'Results' under "Returning Participants" on the left. . you can see how you did compared to the field for each protein. Good stuff! These plots seem to nicely confirm what David explained to us in the 'breakthrough' thread: the recent runs (those without the no_cst in the name, so these are the ones _with_ contraints) all lie at higher energies but are shifted to the left compared to the previous round of runs (those with the no_cst in the name, meaning without contraints). I am now really curious to see the plots for the currently running WUs (those with the _omega_ in their names supposedly containing Davids 'inspiration' from when he was cycling behind his house) where the leftmost points should be shifted down again and even further to the left (I hope someone from the project corrects me if I didn't get it right). |
