Hi,

why don't you give the user an option to specify a different workload when the Mac is in use and when it's idle? When I work I dedicate 4 out of my 8 cores to the program, but I'd like to use 8 for Boinc when I'm away... I'm sure you'd have many more result as I'm surely not the only one to need this.

Very good idea.
BOINC has this feature not build in. But I will try, if I can write a little shell or automater script, which could do this.
