Vacation time and post-vacation catch up (no vacation goes unpunished :-) had me neglecting my Rosetta herd a bit. Checking this evening at the start of the weekend I find:

  • Mini 1.15 jobs stuck (multiple days of running time, never clocking any CPU time consumed or progress) on four Dell dual-Xeon servers
  • A lot of compute error failures with Access Violation (0xc0000005) failures, across multiple Dell Pentium D and Pentium 4 desktops
  • Smaller number of compute error failures with Incorrect function. (0x1) ... ERROR: unrecognized atom_type_name HOH ... failures

Before I start trying to map failures to versions and posting in the threads for reporting troubles, can somebody tell me if this is all old news?

I'm guessing there is a lot of rapid release work to get new stuff in place prior to CASP, and don't want to waste my time and the developers' if known issues have already been fixed.

Thanks!

We're on mini 1.19 now, and it is far superior, IMHO, to mini 1.15
