Welcome to R@H. You may want to create a post for the Team thread sticky at the top of the cafe. It is specifically for recruitment efforts by teams. You might also want to create a discussion thread for your team linked from your post on the team thread.

If you would create the thread (or I can if you give me a title) I can help out by then moving all the posts in this thread to that one for you. This would give you a nice pointer from the team listing in the tam thread, to your discussion thread.

If you want me to create the post let me know by posing the request in the Moderators thread in the cafe. Otherwise after you create the thread, put a post here to provide me with the title for your new team thread and I can go ahead and move the posts over for you.
