Currently I have 2 tasks at 100% and it BOINC has moved on to other tasks to work on. When I checked my messages area it says that they were uploaded, but when I check the Results area it says they are all "In Progress" and the outcome is "Unknown" I am connected to the internet 24/7 so that shouldn't be the problem. Am I doing something wrong on my end or is it just that there is a 24 hour update period or something I didn't know about?

You won't see a change to the website information until the tasks leave the tasks tab in the Advanced View of the BOINC Manager.

Once you complete the task, there are two things that must happen. One is the upload. Once uploaded, the tasks will show a status of "ready to report". To report them, BOINC must do an update to the project. The update gives the acknowledgement that the uploaded file was received OK, before clearing the task from your machine's list.

BOINC will do a project update for you. This is how it gets more work. Or, you can go to the projects view, select Rosetta and click the Update button over on the left.
