I have an under performing PC. It's a 1.6 Ghz Duron with Win 2000 Pro OS. The RAC is 95, vs my other PC's 200 (XP 2400+). The bench marks are not all that much slower, (4100 Weat+Dhry, VS 4800 for the other). The problems I can see is that the Duron usually does not have any queued jobs, and the % of time that the BOINC client is running is only 20%. The correction factor is .48 for the Duron, and .47 for the XP 2400.

Any ideas what's going on here?

Where are you getting your RAC value from?

Check out Boinc Stats for your RAC and see if it's most accurate.
