Hello,

I am sorry if using the wrong forum, but I don't found a better place for it.

After reinstalling my Laptop I tried to merge the New entry with the legacy one. But I am not able to choose any entry to merge my laptop with. Both etries have the same name, and in meanwhile both have credits on it.

How this can be solved, who can I contact ? The host IDs are 561594 for the new installed and 485855.

As there are around 5k credits on the old Host ID I would really like to keep the credits.

Thank you in advance for the support.

The credits stay with your account, not the host. So it's safe to delete the host once all the results for it have been removed from the database.

Or you can leave it hanging around and wait for the R@H staff to upgrade the backend. There's a more robust merge function in the latest sever code.
