I'm new to rosetta@home - a refugee from Find-a-drug! I have set it up on 2 machines so far (my other 2 machines don't have enough RAM) Working OK on both, but on the laptop it sometimes locks up with the message Downloading BOINC screen saver. I have a Zone Alarm warning panel, but can't use the mouse pointer or anything else. Can only unlock things using Ctrl+Alt+Del.
I don't particularly want a BOINC screensaver, but guess I may have ticked this box during setup. Problem is, I can't find it anywhere to change my preferences. Can someone please point me in the right direction

The BOINC screensaver is just a windows screensaver.

Right click on your desktop, select 'Screen Saver' tab and select your preferred screen saver from the drop down list.

Not entirely sure that that's your problem though....
