Where is the option to hide computers? I found everywhere but no results.
Thanks.

BTW, Maybe it's the last time you can develop into my computers. :D

click here for your rosetta specific prefs, then change the third line down to NO. then the update prefs link.

it might not be immediate, but will happen

opernal, you computers are hidden. But YOU will always be able to see them. If you'd like to see what the rest of us see, then click the [login/out] link at the top right of this message board webpage, then log out. Then go look at your user account.

Well, if the machines you use don't belong to you and the owner says "hide them", it's better to do that. Especially if the owner is your boss :)

so he doesn't mind you connecting it up to crunch, but does not want the specifics to be found out? sounds pretty strange to me,unless hes related to uncle sam.

He's afraid someone can get further details (e.g. host name, IP address) if I unhide them. I already explained to him, that nothing interesting can be seen. He still insists on hiding them. His wish is my command :)

ahh yes...another paranoid cruncher.
he shouldn't even be on the web unless he is behind a NSA firewall.
there are plenty of programs that can track him and Rosie is less of a hackers paradise than the web. I pitty him.
