I have two Rosetta accounts (two diffent names/e-mail addresses), one active, one not. I want to move some of my machines from the active account to the other. Do I have to uninstall Rosetta from those machines and start afresh? (I don't want to move all the machines, only some!) |

yes OK. Uninstall and reinstall, fair enough. And the points (such as they are in these early days), will remain on the first account for everafter? In other words points always remain on the account on which they were earned. |

yes That should be detach and reattach. There is no need to uninstall the BOINC client. BOINC WIKI BOINCing since 2002/12/8 |

Uhummm not really uninstall just detach and reattach using the other acct/pw/email addy.. Detach and reattach...then maybe we've got to go back to Square 1. How do I detach and reattach one, but not all? (These machines are on the same LAN using the same router with the same IP address.) |

Uhummm not really uninstall just detach and reattach using the other acct/pw/email addy.. You have to detach and reattach each computer individually. There is no quick way to do them all at once. BOINC WIKI BOINCing since 2002/12/8 |

How do I go about detaching and reattaching one, without all the others on the same IP address being affected? |
