Hello everyone,

I've tried to run Rosetta on my PC. It works fine as long as I don't interupt it. If I do so, the next time I start it, it will begin at 0% again.

Does somebody know that problem and can help me with that?

Best if you set BOINC to leave applications in memory while preempted. This in set in the General Preferences. That way you only lose a little work when you completed end BOINC or shut off your computer.

Once a model is completed or a checkpoint is reached, the work is preserved as well. The current priority for the next release of Rosetta is to improve the checkpointing so that work is preserved more frequently that it does presently.

Rosetta run till almost 60%, but the next time it started (I've got 2 projects running) it restarted again.
Could that really be a checkpoint problem?I set BOINC to leave applications in memory.

The change to the setting only takes effect after your BOINC client updates to the project. You should see a message in the messages tab confirming that new general preferences were loaded.

Hello, this happns to me, too, but when it starts t 0%, it goes to the next model. I've been running a WU till about 70%, and after I restarted it, it went to 0%, but the graphics show model 4. So,it is actually restarting or continuing?
