The description of this WU says: "loop modeling and fullatom relax of virus protease GP4".

I looked up the virus protease GP4 on the internet, but couldn't find any information on the disease this protein is related to. Is it part of the HIV vaccine research?

Thanks!

The computed protein of your WU is Chain A of 1o6e. It's the crystal structure of the Epstein-Barr Virus Protease.

You can find more information about the protein computed in your WUs by entering the identifier of the specific protein in the search box on the website of the RCSB PDB. The identifier is always included in the WU name: FRA_a009_STRUCTURAL_GENOMICS_hom001_4_a009_4_1o6eA_IGNORE_THE_REST_190_1637_14

We are working with several experimental research groups now to build models of a number of different viral proteins. In most of these cases, our collaborators have collected experimental data
that is alone not sufficient to determine the structure of the viruses. We can use these data to help guide the Rosetta structure prediciton process, or in some cases, use the predicted structures to intepret the experimental data.
