Talk about sweet, almost at 60 TFlops as of 6 May 2007 2:50:05 UTC.
TeraFLOPS estimate: 59.125

That is so cool.

Maybe I'm missing something: BOINCstats has Rosy at about 52+ TFlops. Are you getting your numbers from somewhere else? Perhaps the projected Spiderman gross this weekend?

Please remember when posting to the message boards that TerraDollars are different than TeraFlops. :-)

Check the Rosetta home page. Or Boincstats credit last 24hr chart

Wow! I go on holiday for a week and when I come back Rosetta's frontpage shows a 62 teraflops estimate! Very cool!

I think part of the increase in Rosetta's daily work Rosetta's credit/day for last 60 days per Boincstats comes from team Boinc Synergy making Rosetta the POTM (project of the month), and from Seti being down. Both events began about the 1st of May.

There is probably a few Predictor@home crunchers looking for a protein folding home as well, though IMHO the Seti thing is probably the main reason. Not sure how long the P@h project will be semi-beta while they run some testing on a windows version of a linux/mac compiled program that is difficult to transition.

66 TFLOPS!!! and over 1000 new hosts AGAIN today. Glad to see some SETI participants deciding to stay with the science, education, and future medical breakthroughs of Rosetta.

its only for the moment.
Queued: 19,736 <- full
TeraFLOPS estimate: 57.935 <- goes up

last Weekend:
problem was fixed, the scheduler was not updated and ran out work
they have it all back to normal now with 15,000+ in queue and 40,000+ scheduled for release

Guessing that the question of why it went from 74 one day to 80 the next is actually more to the point. I've seen such things happen before when the assimilator or validator go down for a period of time. Then when they start again and process through all the work a pile of credit is issued in a short time. Or, perhaps a team scheduled a "credit dump day"? Where they all report their completed work on the same day?

One thing I think is kind of cool. Since this thread was started, a little more than a year ago, we have gone from 40 Tflops sustained to our current 70 Tflops sustained.

Way to go fellow crunchers. Let’s keep it up! :-)
