My companies firewall now stops any incomming .exe file. All other files to run Rosetta have downloaded but not the vital .exe one. Is there anywhere I can get this file to load onto my works computer seperately?

Suggest you repost this query in - Message Boards - Number Crunching - if you havent already checked the FAQ to see if anyone else has had the same problem.
You should get a much faster reply over there than in this forum.

You can find all the components of the current release here
https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/download/
(the applications are at the bottom of the list)

Perhaps you could download it at home... rename it to .rah and EMail it to yourself at work. Rename it back, drop it in the rosetta directory and see if that will work for you... at least until the next Rosetta version is released. At which point you'd have to do it all again :(

You might check with your network administrator at work and see if there is any way for them to "white list" the Rosetta domain name. Which would basically just allow executables, but only from https://boinc.bakerlab.org

Also, did your company agree with you installing BOINC at work?
