I've downloaded ThreadMaster to control the distribution of my CPU's processing power, but I don't know how to alter the default values for applications, i.e. 15%.

How do I make an exception using RegEdit to the 15% rule and allow BOINC and rosetta to get a higher fraction of my CPU's time?
