The RSS feeds here at Rosetta@home and at Ralph@home are not picked up automatically in browsers, for example IE7

The feed line needs changing to

[color=darkred]<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="Rosetta@home RSS News Feed" href="https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rss_main.php" />[/color]

I think it is mainly this part type="application/rss+xml" but the addition of "" should improve the code standard.

You should also add another line

[color=darkred]<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="Rosetta@home RSS Predictor of the Day feed" href="https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_rss_potd.php" />[/color]

That should allow both feed to be picked up
