This project started using BOINC today just for Linux machines its currently running a Human Proteome Folding project and apprently when it downloads the work it is called Rosetta 4.19, which im guessing has nothing to do with this project. As the name Rosetta is simply a process (a "Rosetta score" that tells how properly folded a protein is as the program tries different foldings)

Yes its another folding project but WCG does change to different projects after if completes each projects, the last project it did was about a Small Pox Vacinne which was highly sucessful.
