Do they still appear on your client as "ready to report"? If so, update to the project, then you'll see them in your results list.

When they were in 'Ready to report', I made a BOINC manual update and I see them "Acknowledged" and then gone, which is normal.
But they are probably now somewhere in the bottom of the Atlantic :-(
That's bad because they were 24 hours WUs... OK, that's life :-)

Your computers are hidden. Did you refresh your list of results in your browser? You should see them marked as completed now. Perhaps browser cached the page? (try holding shift key down when you click refresh... assuming Windows)

I hoped there is a queue somewhere, but apparently there is not.

Which client version are you using? (version no, & is in win, lin, or mac please)

Same thing has been reported on LHC with Linux, and I have asked the participant there to post details of client version, etc.

I think this is a bug in the server code - it should test the database transaction to see if MySQL has safely committed the changes before confirming the report & giving the client permission to delete the work. That way, when this kind of glitch happens work would be double reported rather than lost. The database already has code to ignore a double report.

Anyone reading this who is on the boinc devs boards, please pass this on, unless unless this suggestion has already been made there
