It would be nice if I could get more than one WU at at a time, I could then disconnect from the web and let my machine work all night then upload the completed WU's in the AM. If it is possible to get more than one WU downloaded please let me know.(did't know where to post this,sorry if it off topic). :(

first you might set your cache size to a higher number. YOu find it on your General Preferences page under "Network Usage". Set "Connect to network about every... XXX days" to a higher number.

Then you can go to your Rosetta@home Preferecences and raise the "Target CPU runtime" to a higher value than the default of 3 hours. Each WU will then run longer and produce more decoys. The download volume will decrease a lot this way. The uploads will become a little bigger as more data will be reported, but that advantage is definitely on your side.

You can also use the system to your advantage and download some WUs and then raise the Target CPU runtime and update your project in the BOINC manager. All WUs will now run longer and you have more time to crunch.
