But when I hear you, who are you to ask all what you ask. Are you the owner of this project? - You want to use the client you want - You want your credits system - You want to remove the small users - You want no anonymous moderators - You want that D. Baker comes on the board for a hara-kiri - ... Is this a free and disinterested contribution? |

That is needed What's the use of it? To get even more mud slinged at them and the project as you do now? |

But when I hear you, who are you to ask all what you ask. Are you the owner of this project? I use the client or clients that are allowed by the developers. Need I remind you the subject of clients in this project is reduced to the fact that optimized clients were allowed from the get go and thus your revisiting the issue here is not only off topic (The issue here is anonymous moderators )but, it is actually beating a dead horse. - You want your credits system Again off topic and worst a misstatement of what I want. Since off topic I wont deal with it here. - You want to remove the small users Again off topic and a misstatement of what I want. Since off topic I wont deal with it here. - You want no anonymous moderators Yes I don't trust anonymous moderators For all I know , you are one of the moderators :) . All I know is to know who moderates me. BTW: The issue of using moderators to favor specific positions was not started here . Do you need a reminder of where I read it? - You want that D. Baker comes on the board for a hara-kiri Again off topic and worst a misstatement of what I want. Since off topic I wont deal with it here. - ... Is this a free and disinterested contribution? I will ignore this attempt at flamebaiting. |

Wow, that's a great news for me. I never have noticed it. You have to check your sources. [edit] and as usual you never answer to a direct question! |

That is needed To prevent active partisans from hiding under the moderator's cloak where they become untouchable. |

But when I hear you, who are you to ask all what you ask. Are you the owner of this project? 1)Never mattered what client, just one that was fair across the cpu and os spectrum. 2)Credits never mattered that much. When you put top machines on any project the credits will follow for those that live by them. 3)Never wanted that at all. Just couldn't understand that they put more resources into changing the system than they did into doing work for it. 4)Only needed when the moderators aren't impartial. 5)Do you mean seppuku? Messy and overkill.Pun intended. Way too late anyway. Wouldn't accomplish anything. Would come across at this stage as a political stunt. Next question? |

That is needed I think 'you' have a problem with 'authority' when 'you' can't decide for others. |

When the "Authority" is aligned with one particular side of an argument then a problem may exist. We have seen the last couple of days of how the mods are getting into the arguments, infact been fanning the flames so to speak. I could possibly go close in naming three and they were all of one side of the divide! Not all Czech`s bounce but I`d like to try with Barbar ;-) Make no mistake This IS the TEDDIES TEAM. |

When the "Authority" is aligned with one particular side of an argument then a problem may exist. Now it's the mods, before it was the project team. It's each time things are not following the way you have decided. |

But it`s plain to see Thierry, you feel it`s o.k. for you to say what`s wrong but others may not. A bit how would you say....dictatorial...hypocritical even. Not all Czech`s bounce but I`d like to try with Barbar ;-) Make no mistake This IS the TEDDIES TEAM. |

I see from this thread Thierry that you agree with everything that happens here...NOT. Carl: The best post in that thread is this one and I am quoting a tdrumel who Posted: Tue Aug 22, 2006 7:02 pm this "Hal, aren't you a mod at QMC?" At least (and to his credit) Hal did not fall for the bait that was implied with the question. That is why we need to know the identities and the team affiliation of the moderators. For their own sake. Anyone reading tdrumel post could conclude that his post was an invitation to disrupt the contribution of people that tdrumel's team opposes in that project . Worst, they could conclude that moderators (in that or any project) could be influenced by team members ( Thanks to be G-d: Hal did not, but we don't know if other moderators are not like Hall and would allow themselves to be influenced or if they are like Hall and wont) Knowing whom the moderators are and their teams affiliations would ease any doubts. |

But it`s plain to see Thierry, you feel it`s o.k. for you to say what`s wrong but others may not. You're right. I can't understand myself why I continue to discuss. |

But it`s plain to see Thierry, you feel it`s o.k. for you to say what`s wrong but others may not. Man: I like your avatar. It looks so similar to one I saw in another thread in another MB. :) |

I was going to say something funny but I wont. It will get me in trouble. What the heck: maybe your cold has a lot to do with a certain avatar that has been makin the rounds on another MB  |

That is needed Havn't seen 'em yet. There are some that I suspect on being on your side, but all in all, they behave quite well, considering the barrage of insult they get by you and carl. |
