You have to hear the music you like at the same amp with different speakers.... and then you have to choice...not easy.... How long are your experience at a call centers? done it before for short periods, but was a A/V tech for 10 yrs and the switched over to being a stage hand for 3-4 yrs before moving over here to .be world. So telephone experience not as good as technical experience. Been handling dvd technical support, amps, home cinema and dj equipment calls. Most stuf can be found in the users manual online with a word search. If its not there, theres a q&a data base but its not up to par yet with all the questions. I have 4 technicians that rotate through the week that i can ask the stumping questions too if need be. They hired me on my tech background and now i have to refine my phone technique.
