I have 2 computers (one duel core) and I havent received any new rosetta work in almost a week now.... I do run other projects but I just increased the amount of this project and still no work...

I'm not positive, but I believe when you up the resource share... BOINC still has to pay the debts first. While it's doing that, it's adding to the Rosetta debt, at a faster rate than it used to, but apparently it hasn't caught up yet with the other projects. In fact, another project with a WU, and a consequently reduced resource share could easily be thrown in to earliest deadline first mode. And thus no new work will be downloaded until the existing work it is behind on has been completed or aborted or suspended.
